BrightStar treatment for dyslexics

The method
The duration of the BrightStar treatment is six weeks, with two sessions a week. A session is usually built up as follows.- You are in a comfortable chair in a darkened room with a computer screen in front of you
- A heart rate monitor adjusts the BrightStar computer program to your heart rate
- On the computer screen a series of light pulses and moving images is displayed, which stimulate the neural networks in the brains
- You perform a simple task of carefully moving the cursor over the computer screen
- BrightStar hereby stimulates the areas of the brains that are involved in reading, writing and spelling
